Your Key Move Ltd is committed to transparency and compliance with all applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
We may receive referral fees from third-party service providers that we introduce to our clients. Details of these arrangements are set out below.
We may recommend conveyancing services provided by Quote My Legals and Complete ASAP. If you choose to instruct either provider, Your Key Move Ltd will receive a referral fee of between £250 and £300 (inclusive of VAT) per completed transaction.
We may recommend mortgage and financial services provided by Yellow Brick Services. If you proceed with services through them, Your Key Move Ltd may receive a referral fee of up to 12% of the total commission payable, calculated after applicable costs or deductions.
Where utility switching services are recommended by Complete ASAP and taken up by a client, Your Key Move Ltd will receive a referral fee of £50.
Your Key Move Ltd reserves the right to change, add, or remove recommended third-party providers at any time without prior notice. Such changes may result in different referral fee arrangements or commission amounts. Current details are available upon request or within the latest version of our Terms and Conditions.
You are under no obligation to use any provider we recommend. You are free to select any solicitor, mortgage advisor, financial advisor, or utility switching provider of your choosing. Referral fees do not influence our recommendations and do not affect the fees you pay unless expressly stated by the third-party provider.
