• Notify us of any changes to your circumstances or property
• Permit reasonable access for viewings and inspections

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses from third-party actions (e.g., solicitors)
• Delays caused by third parties
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for that service.

9. Complaints

We aim to resolve complaints promptly. If unresolved, you may escalate your complaint under our internal procedure. When completed or after 8 weeks, you may refer your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
